01Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and surga22 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the surga22 platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, iOS app, or any other digital channel — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

These terms take effect from the date you first access the surga22 platform. If you are using the platform on behalf of another entity such as a company or organisation, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms. Disagreement with any part of these terms means you are not permitted to use the surga22 platform.

02Account Eligibility and Registration

To use surga22 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. surga22 enforces strict age verification through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet this age requirement.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is permitted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Users who have been declared bankrupt or are under a financial protection order are not permitted to register.
• No Active Self-Exclusion: Users who have opted into a self-exclusion programme may not register a new account until the exclusion period has ended.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, identity card or passport number, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account cancellation along with forfeiture of any existing balance.

03User Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the surga22 platform. Holding more than one account — including accounts under the name of a family member or friend using the same home address or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and withdrawal rejection.

You are fully responsible for the security of your username and password. surga22 recommends you:

• Using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Surga22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

Surga22 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

All withdrawals will be processed to the account or digital wallet that registered under the same name with your surga22 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. surga22 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

05General Wagering Rules

All bets placed on the surga22 platform are subject to the following rules. Users are required to read and understand these rules before placing any bet:

• Betting Finality: Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Users are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirming.
• Bet Settlement: Bet outcomes are determined based on official results from the event's governing body. In the case of a draw or postponed event, the relevant sport-specific rules will apply.
• Odds and Market Changes: surga22 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used for settlement.

• Live In-Play Betting: Real-time betting is subject to server delays and rapid odds changes. surga22 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from the user's internet connection delay.

Surga22 reserves the right to void or revise the settlement of any wager if there is strong evidence of fraud, market manipulation, or a clear technical error in odds setting. In such cases, affected users will be notified via their registered email.

06Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Surga22 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to registered members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Money laundering activity or using the platform for financial fraud purposes.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
• Using a credit card or payment method that does not belong to you.
• Spreading false or misleading information about surga22 to other users.

Surga22 reserves the right to take immediate action against any account suspected of activities that violate these terms, including temporary suspension, fund freezing, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the breach.

08Account Suspension and Termination

Surga22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms contained in this document.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements.
• Receipt of information indicating the account is being used for illegal activities or fraud.
• A voluntary request from the user to close their account.
• Compliance with directions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, account funds may be held while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the verified balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting surga22 customer support. All legitimate balances will be processed for withdrawal once verification is complete.

09surga22 Liability Limits

Surga22 is committed to ensuring the platform operates correctly and fairly. However, the following liability limitations apply:

• Surga22 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connection failures on the user's end.
• Surga22 is not liable for losses resulting from errors made by users when entering betting details.
• In the event of an exceptional technical disruption, surga22 will make every effort to restore all affected bets but does not guarantee full compensation in all circumstances.
• Surga22 is not responsible for any personal financial decisions made by users based on information found on the platform.

Surga22's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Surga22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notifications at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
